Collection and Use of Information

Information we collect

Registration

When you sign up for Bravisa, we ask for your personal information so that we can provide you with the service. Such information may include your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. To comply with IRS’ requirements for reporting your earnings, we require your taxpayer identification number or social security number. This information allows us to process orders, issue payments, and protect users from fraud. In some cases, we may also ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help verify your information. The information we collect is stored in association with your Bravisa Account.

Cookies

Cookies are used on the Bravisa Website. A cookie is a small text file on your computer which a website sends to your computer to allow the website to store information which uniquely identifies our users. Bravisa’s cookies do not collect or store personally identifiable information. Rather, the cookie stores a token which uniquely identifies a particular user at a particular time. Web Beacons and Log Files

Bravisa uses “web beacons” for the purposes of analyzing or auditing traffic on Bravisa’s website. Use of Information we collect

We use the personally identifiable information you provide to provide the tools, features and functionality of the Bravisa Website, communicate with manufacturers to fulfill your orders, and communicate with you about the status of your orders and other inquiries about our products and services;

Bravisa may disclose non-personally-identifiable information to third parties in aggregate form to potential business partners and investors.

Disclosure

We use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations. For example, we partner with other companies to process credit card transactions, consumer surveys, etc. We also provide postal addresses to the U.S. Post Office, Fed Ex and other such companies for delivery purposes. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have contact with your personally identifying information. By contractual agreement, these companies must treat your information in accordance with this Policy. we will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.

Bravisa also reserves the right to disclose information when required by law.

Security and Access

You should always take steps to protect the confidentiality of the password you select. The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential, and you should not share your account name or password with anyone. If you do share your account information with a third party, they will have access to your account and your personal information. Please remember that while Bravisa makes every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.  

Your consent to Policy

By using the Bravisa web site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy  Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. Our Terms and Conditions take precedence over any conflicting Policy provision. We may change our Privacy Policy by posting a new version of the policy on this page which it is your responsibility to review frequently.

Legal Disclaimer

This Site operates AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control.

This Privacy Policy is governed by California law, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in California within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.

Choice/Opt-out

You have the choice to ‘opt-out’ of having your personal information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, users who no longer wish to receive emails for promotional, sales events or the like, may opt-out of receiving these communications by sending an email to opt-out@bravisa.com.

Notification of Changes

If Bravisa changes the privacy policy, we will make note of it on our homepage and assume that all of our users will review the changes. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
